FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
1. Are the meals low in salt or seasoning?
Yes. All kids meals are lightly seasoned, using herbs and a pinch of salt. We avoid strong spices or anything too stimulating for young palates.
2. Do you use sugar, preservatives, or processed sauces?
Never. We don’t use added sugar, artificial sauces, or preservatives in our kids meals. Everything is made fresh and naturally flavored.
3. Can I choose meals based on allergies or preferences?
Yes! When you sign up, we’ll ask about allergies or dietary restrictions (like dairy, egg, gluten, etc.). We’ll make sure every box is safe for your child.
4. How many meals come in a kids plan?
You can choose between 5 or 10 meals per week. They’re designed to support school lunches or at-home meals with variety and balance.
5. Are these meals suitable for picky eaters?
We keep textures and flavors simple — no strong sauces or “weird” combinations. Many of our kids’ favorites are upgraded classics like shredded chicken with rice or baked mini meatballs.
6. Can I mix different age portions in one plan?
Yes. If you have two children of different ages, you can mix sizes in the same family box or order extra meals as needed.
